Was this the office of a "fledgling" company?  Maybe they needed a stager to teach them about some curb appeal!  Where to start, the bars on the window, the NO TRESPASSING signs, the grass in front of the walkway, the blocked doorway, hmmm... maybe those are signs of it's evident demise....
