Hi Emily...We were shooting for 50-75 open houses and are so excited to have 92. One of our Dockside agents brought this up at a company meeting and we immediately said we would get it organized.
Yes, all of the other companies, there are six others at Lake Anna, came onboard to make this a success. Now all we need is a big turnout to view the homes.

Hi Mike...We sure hope so. We're learning alot as this is our first time so we expect to do even better next year as far as much more publicity ahead of time. We have done some but now that we know the sellers are so enthusiastic and so are our fellow Realtors® we are even more excited.
