Kate, what a thorough market report for Lake Anna. I like the way you broke down the properties: boat slips, water views... Sure wish we saw homes described like that here in Raleigh. Unfortunately we have very very little lake access - they are all owned by the corp of engineers!
Here's to seeing those DOM numbers start to come down in your market in 2010!

We are fortunate to be able to live right on the waterfront or within communities that have direct access to the lake.
