Autumn at Lake Anna, Virginia is a delightful time...just like every other season!
Come see for yourself.

The view from the dyke three bridge which separates the two sides of Lake Anna. This photo was taken looking towards the private side. No matter which side of the lake you see, it is beautiful. This is a scene that is replicated over and over again from one end of lake to the other.
Dyke three is one of the favorite fishing spots for anglers with or without a boat. If you have not tried your hand at fishing here give it a try. You may be very happy with the results.

Hi Kate,
What a beautiful shot. I love seeing these great photos from all over the U.S. and beyond.
Hello Kate, that is certainly a beautiful spot this time of year. It looks like some nice boating is to be found here. Thanks! John
Kate--I had to come look at fall in your area. Thanks for sharing. I need to go for a walk to Lake Erie today. (Rain or shine or wind or temperature) Mary
As I said in Susie Blackmon's post, I'm beginning to feel really color deprived when I view the amazing pictures of fall leaves coming in from around the country. Your picture has all the elements to make it perfect. . .A gorgeous sky, water, boats, a dock, and those glorious leaves:-)
Hi Kate! This is so beautiful! The color is spectacular. I was born in Virginia, but haven't been back since I was two years old! Would love to visit again.... Is this anywhere near Portsmouth?

What a beautiful photo, Kate. I really like the changing color of the trees. With all the recent heavy rain and high winds many of our trees are now bare in Lafayette. It is nice to see lots of fall color yet!
Hi Kate, The trees in all their fall glory, make this a gorgeous photo. I especially like the way the white buildings stand in such stark contrast to the brilliantly colored foliage!! Just beautiful!
Kate this is a beautiful fall scene. I wish I could come see in person.
Great shot, I love waterfront!
From your friend in Washington State,
Paul
Oh my goodness. Kate, it certainly is! I love it! So beautiful -- the trees, the calm lake...what a wonderful place!
